Team Swinburne

Swinburne's Formula SAE team was developing a rebrand to coincide with recent changes in the club. I worked with a small team of students to revise the visual identity.

'Team Swinburne' is Swinburne University's Formula SAE team. In the simplest of terms, Formula SAE is a student-based competition where teams compete to design and build a small formula-style race car.

I worked collaboratively in a small design team to revise the team's brand identity to go along with changes in the car's technology and team structure for the 2020 season. This was an involved process, and the visual identity design underwent multiple reviews with team leaders and the business team. We worked to produce an effective, adaptable and simple visual brand image that adheres to the brief requirements and will remain relevant for years to come.
